Sean Asante is a dynamic project manager with a passion for construction and real estate. Sean’s interest for construction begun during his early teen years, where he observed the construction of family projects during his long vacations. He went on to feed his passion and developed his construction industry skills at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology and Management, graduating with Honors.
While at KNUST, Sean held various internships with notable companies, including CONSAR LTD in Kumasi and B.G Builders LTD in Osu. Upon graduating from KNUST in 2014, Sean worked on major construction and design projects at: the Africa Mining services headquarters in Airport city, Airport 1 square in Accra, Kyereba luxury apartments in Osu, Rehab beach resort in Osu, Aqua Safari solar projects in Ada, and Dannex, where he managed the main office renovations in the Accra industrial area.
In 2017, Sean migrated to the United States to join his dear wife. While in the United States, Sean works with a community focused Construction Company that delivers outstanding construction projects for schools in Washington, DC. Sean manages multi-million-dollar projects and supervises a team of contractors and has received accolades for his exceptional contributions to purpose driven projects. Sean has a keen eye for detail, quality, and professional industry practices by serving in several roles. Sean has paved a career path starting from the ground up, as a construction supervisor, to now serving as a construction manager and founder of Rudor Ventures, a construction services company, based in the Accra metropolitan area. Sean is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with 11 years of experience in the construction industry. Sean is dedicated to helping your Ghana real estate dreams come true by serving on the executive board of Sultan Real Estates.
